These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between fb001 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the fb001 website and associated services located at https://fb001.org.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or using any feature of the fb001 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. fb001 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

To access the full range of fb001 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You may only hold one (1) account on the fb001 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fb001 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses, winnings, or balances associated with them.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform remains accurate and up to date. fb001 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fb001 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

fb001 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fb001 support immediately.

fb001 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms.

fb001 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following approved payment methods:

• GCash – instant e-wallet deposits
• PayMaya / Maya – instant e-wallet deposits
• Bank Transfer – BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card – Visa/Mastercard debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. fb001 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards used for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Deposits are credited to your fb001 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. fb001 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. fb001 processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) only. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

• GCash and PayMaya/Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day, subject to banking hours and processing times.

fb001 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

fb001 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• fb001 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts may be suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.

• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

All content on the fb001 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of fb001 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fb001 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the fb001 platform without prior written consent from fb001.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb001 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

fb001 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fb001 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond its reasonable control.

fb001's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fb001 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb001 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the fb001 platform.

fb001 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.

Upon account termination for cause, fb001 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any real-money balances. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
